The
food (la comida) is one of the highlights of Navarra and whilst you'll
get a taste at the reception lunch,
we hope you have the chance to try more local specialities during
your visit.

The
best way is to eat "Pintxos" (pronounced pinchoss).
That's the local way of saying tapas and known to show the high quality
of Basque cuisine.

They're
available in any bar around town, beautifully laid out on the bar
and once you get going, it's hard to stop !
These are some local favourites in Pamplona :
El Gaucho
- Calle Espoz y Mina, 4
El Txoko - Plaza del Castillo
El Baserri - Calle San Nicolas, 32
Don Pablo - Navas de Tolosa, 19
Letyana - Travesia Bayona, 2
